Turns out the Fastweigh team can move more than material.

We recently received results from the Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon Fittest Company Challenge, and Fastweigh earned two awards this year:

• 🥈 2nd place in the Extra Small division
• 🥉 3rd place overall for employee engagement

The Fittest Company Challenge awards points for every mile completed by employees and eligible family members across marathon weekend events. That means these plaques represent a lot of individual effort adding up across the team.

Fastweigh spends a lot of time focused on the work our customers do every day: moving bulk material, keeping trucks flowing across the scale, and making operations run better for our customers. But moments like this are a good reminder that strong teams are built outside the product too. They come from people showing up for each other, putting in steady effort, and finding reasons to celebrate together.

Not bad for a software company. 🏃🎉
