Asphalt Silo Load-out and Ticketing Improvements

Update Notes

We’ve released a new Fastweigh Ticketing App update with improvements for asphalt silo load-out accuracy, along with several scale and unattended kiosk workflow updates.

Asphalt Silo Load-Out

For customers using Fastweigh’s asphalt silo load-out tools, this update introduces a new Beta Feature for small-drop Pulse Mode. When enabled, the Scale App can use recent drop history to better estimate flow rate and pulse the gate more precisely when only a small amount of material needs to be dropped. This should help operators who have had trouble consistently hitting small drop targets during load-out.

Because this is currently a Beta Feature, it must be enabled before use by going to Server Settings > Beta Features > Silos - Drop Pulse Estimation

Fastweigh Express Kiosk

For those using Fastweigh Express Kiosk for unattended ticketing, decimal entry has been added for kiosk numerical input. This supports workflows where weight is measured in tons and decimal values need to be included.

User Defined Field Handling Improvements

Improvements have been made to how used and unused User Defined Fields (UDFs) are handled across the app. This helps prevent ticket creation errors related to unused UDFs and better matches expected UDF ordering throughout the app.

Ticketing Updates

On the Scale Ticketing App, revision notes are now required when voiding tickets, matching Fastweigh Web Portal behavior.

These updates are available now. Please contact Fastweigh Support if you have questions or would like help using the latest Scale Ticketing App version.

Thanks,
The Fastweigh Team
